Guests are responsible for choosing the accommodation. Casa Thymus is not responsible if the style of the property does not meet the guests' expectations; therefore, guests should carefully read the information on this website before booking.

Smoking is not permitted inside Casa Thymus. You may smoke outside, but we ask that you do not discard cigarette butts on the terraces, the ground, or the floor. Please be extremely careful, especially during dry periods, as the entire surroundings can catch fire!

Due to the high risk of fire, candles are not allowed inside the house. Any person who, intentionally or through negligence, causes damage to the buildings or equipment will be responsible for the cost of the damages and repairs.

Only natural materials were used in the construction of the house. The walls are made of earth, plastered with wattle and daub, and whitewashed with slaked lime. Small cracks on the surface of the walls are noticeable and are testament to the house's traditional construction style. The walls are not soundproofed.

Pets are allowed, only with prior acceptance before booking.

Guests must leave the property tidy upon departure, washing dishes and putting things back in their place.

Guests must turn off the lights and the heating system upon departure. Lock the doors and windows upon leaving.

In the event that the property keys are not returned upon departure, a minimum key replacement fee of €50 will be applied.

When a property is booked for four or more nights, a complimentary cleaning service is offered, including fresh linens and towels.

Wi-Fi service is offered free of charge to guests. We will make every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi service works properly, with no connection issues normally expected. However, we cannot guarantee a perfect and continuous connection due to network problems that may arise and are beyond our control. Compensation will not be considered in these circumstances, as the Wi-Fi service is offered free of charge.

Pool Usage Terms

Use of the pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard is provided. Diving is not allowed. Pushing into the pool is not allowed. Snacks and drinks in the pool are prohibited. Toddlers must wear water-resistant diapers. Animals are not allowed in the pool. Glasses/other glass objects are prohibited in the pool area.

Always watch the children. Strictly follow this rule, even if your children are old enough to swim. Even if the child is an experienced swimmer, you never know what might happen. Swimming without parental supervision can seem appealing to children of all ages. However, it is important for them to know how dangerous swimming can be.

Encouraging children to swim with a friend provides a secondary form of supervision. Even adult swimmers can get into trouble in the water, which is why it is always important to swim, just like a child, with a friend.

Tips

Whether you are relaxing in or by the pool, always apply sunscreen (even if the sky is cloudy). Without it, you and your children are prone to painful sunburn and other potential health problems.

Chewing gum may not seem like a complicated activity. However, simultaneous swimming and chewing activities predispose swimmers to accidental choking. This situation is easily avoided by advising children not to chew gum while swimming.
